Naturgy Capital Markets, S.A. (GNCM) was incorporated on 23 May 2005 and operates under a limited liability system as a public limited company. GNCM’s registered headquarters are located at Avda. de América, 38, 28028 Madrid, Spain.

NCM was incorporated for the purposes of obtaining funding for the Naturgy Energy Group. The aim of the NCM is to raise funds through the issue of debt financial instruments, including straight and subordinated debt.
