Our training model
We have three academies that complement each other and enable our team to tackle the challenges of the present and the future through ongoing learning, development of the leadership role and the adoption of new ways of working.
Transformational Leadership
Based on three cores: Digital Academy, to transform the professional profile into a digital employee; New Energy, with a view to develop executives and high potential employees to address future challenges and understand market trends; and Naturgy Leadership, to promote the role of leader as a driving force for organisational and cultural change.
Tech Academy
Promotes the necessary technical knowledge for each position, allowing the efficient development, the incorporation of innovative methodologies, quality and uniformity of the expert knowledge in all businesses.
Extended Academy
Promotes a targeted training offer to the companies involved in the Naturgy value chain in order to improve their operational efficiency, incorporate innovative methods and develop skills for excellence in operations and service.

Management excellence continues to be supported by a quality control system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, renewed in 2020 for a further three years.
Since 2003, we have also enjoyed CLIP (Corporate Learning Improvement Process) accreditation, awarded by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD), which acknowledges quality in learning processes and the development of people in business education organisations. Our CLIP accreditation was last renewed in 2018 for a five-year period. In 2020, an updated review of the commitments established in 2018 was performed using the CLIP Interim Report.
Our Campus
The Puente Nuevo Campus is the centrepiece of the Corporate University. Located in the town of El Tiemblo (province of Ávila, Castile-Leon), it has been especially created for people to meet, work and reflect in the heart of nature. In these extraordinary surroundings of enormous cultural and natural interest, it is also possible to engage in activities aimed at enjoyment, sharing and team-building.
