Nedgia Castilla-La Mancha to sponsor some of the Guadalajara Business Excellence Awards

  • The distribution company of the Gas Natural Fenosa group in the region and CEOE-CEPYME Guadalajara are to renew their partnership.

The President of CEOE-CEPYME Guadalajara, Agustín de Grandes, and the General Manager of Nedgia Castilla-La Mancha, Miguel Martín de Pinto, have renewed the partnership agreement under which the power company will sponsor some of the 2018 Business Excellence Awards to be held in Guadalajara in November. The signing ceremony was also attended by the General Secretary of the Confederation, Javier Arriola, and the power company’s delegate for Guadalajara, Germán Jara.

Under this new agreement, the distribution subsidiary of the Gas Natural Fenosa group and CEOE-CEPYME Guadalajara undertake to highlight business leaders and their importance to the economy, as well as reward companies in several categories by focusing on past success.

This initiative forms part of the sponsorship actions by Nedgia Castilla-La Mancha stemming from its commitment to support development that goes beyond its business in those areas where it operates and specifically involves extensive sponsorship work with actions that generate significant value for society.

Presence of natural gas in Guadalajara

Nedgia Castilla-La Mancha, a subsidiary of NEDGIA (formerly Gas Natural Distribución), has a distribution network stretching over 600 kilometres and 44,000 supply points in 10 municipalities in the province of Guadalajara. Regionally, it manages over 267,000 supply points in 78 municipalities and a distribution network of over 4,100 kilometres.

NEDGIA Castilla-La Mancha currently provides domestic-commercial service to Alovera, Azuqueca de Henares, Brihuega, Cabanillas del Campo, Chiloeches, Guadalajara, Horche, Marchamalo, Yebes and Yunquera de Henares.
